Being a co-owner of Mony-Tree.com, I get to see all the domain setup requests coming in for all the members–and I have to say overall I’ve been very pleased but there is something that is worrying me about many of the websites being pursued. I know they are being pursued and are not just merely practice sites due to the fact that the domains have been registered.
What worries me is that I see a lot of HUGE niches being tackled… RVs, Muscle Cars, Motors in general, etc. Something tells me that some people are skipping the niche/keyword research step, thinking that it is optional, and limiting their niche store “empires” to things that are only in the scope of their personal interests. I’ll be the first to tell you, this is not a good practice and it will ultimately lead to discouragement, and possibly failure if you are exposed to too much of that (discouragement).
Niche/Keyword research is the most important step in the niche store/empire building process, and cannot be skipped.
I’ll say it again.
Niche/Keyword research is the most important step in the niche store/empire building process, and CANNOT be skipped.
If you are extremely interested in NICHE A and want to build a website around it–chances are, thousands of other people are thinking the same thing and have already done it, way before you. Don’t think of things that interest you–ever heard of keeping your work life/personal life separate? Well the same thing applies here. Search for niches that have a decent daily search volume, have few competing pages, and have products selling on ebay–it really is a simple process once you learn how to do it, and unfortunately, a lot of the things you’ll be building niche stores/websites around are things that not only don’t interest you, but you know very little about–luckily, there are lots of article creating/research strategies that will allow you to put just enough content on your websites that people will click through and purchase products coming from your website.
Now that you know what you need to do, it’s time for you to learn exactly how to do each step of the niche/keyword research process, and be able to quickly build a search engine optimized website that will get indexed quickly, and have just the right “stuff” to continually climb search engine rankings at a steady rate.
Learn all of these things, and have access to the last niche store creation tool you’ll ever need as a member of www.Mony-Tree.com — why not? It’s only $0.99 (cents) for the first month, what do you have to lose? If anything, spend the 99 cents and see if this type of business is something you can get into–while you’re at it read some of the success stories in the discussion forums and connect with other aspiring Mony-Tree members. Most members, with a little dedication and the ability to follow simple instructions outlined in the training guide are able to pay their monthly membership fees in a short amount of time with the websites they build. Try it out for yourself:

So you keep hearing me talk about Mony-Tree.com, yet still not fully sure what it is (don’t feel like vising the site), well I’ll give you a closer look at what’s “inside”. Below is a tour of the Back Office, and also a quick demonstration of how easy it is to build an affiliate niche website using the online software. Please note how easy it is to also manage every website that you build–and the system has even improved sinced this video was released:
Before getting into building niche websites centered around eBay’s affiliate program, the first thing everyone wants to know–which is very understandable–is their affiliate payout structure. How in the world do I make money from eBay when the seller of those products takes most of the money for the products they sell?
First, go to the following web-page for the information directly from eBay:
http://affiliates.ebay.com/odcs/custom.htm?template=Payout
For every sale that you refer, you earn between 50%-75% of eBay’s cut (not winning bid price, that’s where people get confused). So while a higher priced item would mean eBay’s cut is a larger amount, which would mean your affiliate commission would be higher, it doesn’t necessarily mean you are going to make hundreds of dollars from a winning bid you referred at a few thousand dollars. At most, you’ll most likely make only a few bucks per referral sale.
You also make money with ACRUs. This is someone you referred to eBay’s website, either with a direct link or a link from a bid item, they sign up for a new eBay account and either buy or sell something within a certain time frame–you’ll make anywhere between $25-$35 for one of these, so it’s a very nice bonus every once in a while when running an eBay niche store.
So you’re making only a few bucks per sale, and every once in a while get a $25-$35 payment… you may be thinking, that’s not worth it! Well I’m here to tell you it is worth it due to (but not limited to) the following two reasons…
Building up eBay niche stores is power by the numbers–a highly successful eBay niche store may only make you a couple hundred dollars per month, or maybe even a considerable amount less than that, but once you get your search engine ranking up and natural traffic is rolling in on a regular basis, that store is virtually on “auto-pilot” mode and you just rinse and repeat the process with another store and continue the process–Power by the numbers.
Some online stores that have nothing to do with eBay turn a good profit and have become highly successful selling items that only cost a few dollars a piece–so low commissions with an eBay niche store is nothing to worry about. It’s all about driving the right traffic to your website(s) at NO cost on your part (takes time but is definitely worth it, and 100% possible especially if you did the proper research on your niche).
So now that you know all about the eBay affiliate program payout structure, you’re ready to move forward. There are many good niche store creator “scripts” out there, but you need one that is low cost, highly supported, is VERY easy to use, and can produce a search engine optimized eBay niche store in record time. My Mony-Tree.com service does all of the above for you, and we are happy to help you every step of the way if needed–we’ve consulted many of our members to the point they are now helping others in this business model, we have a highly supportive community

Welcome to [Ebay Niche Blog]–I won’t re-iterate everything that I wrote in the ‘About this Blog’ page (above the header), but basically this blog is the FREE content version of my parent site [Mony-Tree.com]. This blog’s main focus is not how to be a power seller on eBay, or even have anything to do with listing products, and having the “traditional” eBay home business.
This website is going to focus on the eBay niche store “revolution” as I call it–and doesn’t require you to even be an eBay member! In fact, I believe the best way to make money with eBay this day in age is via their affiliate program, and that’s what the focus of this blog is. As soon as the content starts filling up, you should be starving for more ideas on how to improve your eBay affiliate niche store “empire”.
If you enjoy what you read here in the future, or think you may enjoy what is to come, subscribe to Email updates (below the header) and you’ll receive AT MOST one Email on the days that this blog is updated, just to give you an update as to what’s going on here.
